Thank you for this opportunity to submit a testimonial.
By way of background, I have lifted weights for a number of years...I've enjoyed the activity and reaped many benefits. However, of late I've looked for safer methods that are more user-friendly.
I came across the Steel Bow and had several questions...which John Hughes personally answered quite honestly and openly. He even offered a full refund both on the spot and via email if I was not satisfied with the product.
Well, here it is a year later and I've slowly adapted my training to a number of Bow-based exercises. This, in turn, has reduced my training time and issues with some of my (minor) nagging weight training injuries.
I look forward to expanding my use of the product...it lives up to the advertising and is definitely a high quality product.
Great job!

I bought one of each (steek bow, Bow 28 and Bullworker) for me and a couple for gifts. Fantastic service and a great little workout. What I like about the new chart is that it says to COUNT TO 10. By counting you are breathing and reducing the negative effects of hypertension which can be caused by holding your breath while exercising isometric tension. Also the advice of using only 70% of your strength is another safeguard. Great job,

wow, what a surprise! I didn't know these were still being sold. I'm sitting here working out with mine, I bought it in 1969. I had polio and now have prostrate cancer so it's hard for me to workout. But with my Bull worker I can sit here while watching TV and exercise and at least keep my muscles in firm condition. I have always thought this was the greatest device yet for keeping in good shape.

I started using the steel bow May 07. I really like it. I like to participate in spint distance triathlons. I can fit the steel bow routine in with my other training and it also travels with me when I go out of town - so I never have to miss a work out.

I have been using the Bullworker since 1988 and now with the Steel-Bow I am able to continue my exercises on trips. The size of the Steel Bow, the quality of its construction and the video CD has enabled me to effectively continue my exercises and remain fit while on my trips both in the USA and overseas.

The SteelBow is great versatile product. You can use it for upper body conditioning while you are riding a stationary bike or walking on the treadmill. The result is a better overall workout !

As both a fan and huge proponent of isokinetic-type exercises, I started using my first Bull-worker in the mid 70's as an adjunct to my other exercise equipment (weights, springs, and Lifeline Gym). I now own the latest Bull-worker (X5) as well as the Steel Bow and use both of them along with other exercise equipment. I find the Steel Bow particularly useful, as I can more easily travel with it. I recently returned from a trip to the Caribbean where I was able to use it and forsake the resort gym. I also like the fact that I can easily change the different Steel Bow (strength) springs to maximize my workout flexibility. I fully expect that the Steel Bow will last as long as I do. And, at 58 years old, I am stronger today than I was 20 years ago.

I have used a bullworker intermittently since I was 16, that’s since 1986. I also spent time in between exercising with weights and skipping ropes. In my experience, nothing makes my body and my muscles feel invigorated as much and as nicely as exercising with a bullworker. It’s the easiest and the best exercise equipment I have come across. I remember in of the old booklets that came with the bullworker it said ''strong enough to uproot trees''. A bullworker exercise does give that feeling. Its the only way to exercise I have come to love. Its challenging and a real man's workout. Thank you for the Steel-Bow.
