I used to have the Steel Bow 28, which I loved, but recently upgraded to the newer more compact Steel Bow. I love the the new cable grips! Makes the cable pulling exercises much more comfortable on the hands, leading to an increase in applied power! I use my Steel Bow every other day. Because it is easy to do and takes up very little space, I use it much more frequently than any other piece of exercise equipment. I highly recommend it.

Thank you for an excellent piece of equipment in the new Steel Bow. I start every morning at 6:00 AM with my "Chair Work Out" and avoid going to a crowded gym.

I have owned Bullworkers since the 1960s, and used to use them as a travelling gym when I was away from my weightlifting, or while I was recovering from weightlifting injuries.
In recent years, I have exclusively used the Bullworker, following a fairly tough workout schedule every other day.
I just purchased both a second Steelbow and my first Bullworker Classic, to augment my two X5s and my other Steelbow (keep some at home, some at office). I order from Canada, and the stuff arrives like a rocket.
All this equipment still costs less than a one year gym membership, and it is sturdy, effective and convenient to use. I really like using the different pieces in various exercises, because they all hit the muscles differently. Great products John!

3 things: Iso-Motion-Brilliant, Cable Grips- Double Brilliant, 3 Changing Springs-Triple Brilliant. The Steel-Bow is the BEST.

I bought this product for convenience in exercising. I had never heard of Iso-Motion and works very well and delivers impressive results. The biggest surprise was the facial exercises, they are amazingly effective.

The Steelbow is beyond fantastic. Using Mr. Hughes' Sit-at-Home DVD, I have found a program that delivers what it claims; RESULTS. To attain these results sitting in a chair was fabulous. My husband laughed at the routine till he tried it. We are both using the easiest spring for the routine, though he is much stronger than I. This is fitness at its most simple and it works for both of us. Our Home Gym is our Steelbow.

I have been a isometric user for 30+ years with my bullworker. Never did I realize how many other programs there were until I got the Steel Bow. What an amazing piece of equipment. Im not sure I will ever be strong enough for the level 3 spring, but now I know it does not matter. Iso Motion is a fitness dance, the Sit at Home DVD is fantastic and the handles grips are a WELCOME addition to these old hands.

I debated between the steel bow or a stationary home gym. I'm so glad I went with the steel bow. It's just as good of a work out without taking up so much space not to mention a huge $ savings. At some point I'll probably purchase the bow classic for an even more versatile work out.

Steel-Bow is a really innovative and superlative fitness equipment. It is so easy and comfortable to use and at the same time provides a proper thorough workout. You can notice the difference within the first few weeks. The cable-grips gives the additional comfort to do strenous tasks in a convenient manner. "Hats Off" to you guys.

Excellent product ! I am very happy with my purchase. I really am impressed with the work
out I get with the Bullworker. I considered a BoFlex type machine but feel that my Bullworker does the same for me and I can pack it in my suitcase. Not to mention the huge savings over the stationary type machine. Very well designed and
manufactured and really appreciate the carry case. I would recommend the Bullworker products very highly. You won't be disappointed.
