Message I purchased the original Bullworker in the mid-1960's, and I still use it. It is like new. As a young and middle aged police officer the bullworker gave me lifesaving strength when grappling with hundreds of criminals and mentally disturbed persons. The steel-bow works wonders for my seventy-year old joints while restoring youthful definitiion. Thanks

Message I brought a Bullworker 3 in Fall 2004 when i was 17. I
used for about 2 years till I gave it away in 2006 and joined a gym near my house. The gym closed down in January 2008.I had nothing to exercise with till October2008.Till Jan I had a ripped body. I was getting back to what I was before I started bullworker. Then I brought Steel Bow 28. After just 4 days of exercise here i am back in my ripped state.
Thanks

Message Mr. Hughes, I updated my PDF like you suggested and was very impressed at the results you obtained. Seeing those before and after photos really inspired me! I’ve started on the Sit-at-Home program and I really like the way my muscles feel afterwards. I do the Iso-Motion warm up first and the program feels great! It gives me a good pump too. Thanks for all of your help and a couple of months down the road I'll update my result with the program.

Message My dad bought the original bullworker sometime around 1979-1982, to workout. He finally gave it to me when I was 13 (1986), but I rarely used it properly, but I was so fond of it, that I kept it & took it with me wherever I went. Then in my early thirties I decided I needed to complement my heavy-duty- CARDIO-ONLY lifestyle with strength training as well. So I pulled out the trusty bullworker and religiously used it and the results are great, considering that, most likely, I'm not using it according to the correct instructions (because I only have one "yellowed out" chart. The other documentation is unfortunately lost Sad ). My body did get "reasonably" toned and I gained a decent amount of strength after about 6 to 8 mos. use. So, yesterday I typed "bullworker" in google (fully expecting nothing, but some ads from individuals selling the "vintage" equipment). At the most I was hoping to find some newer equipment along those same lines. Imagine my thrill when I came upon this website!!! Very happy I have ordered the Steel Bow-28 and can't wait to start the routine!! Exclamation (my biggest problem with my current bullworker was LACK OF THE INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS. Besides the equipment is showing some signs of wear-lack of smoothness - but considering it's nearly 30 years old, the durability is simply astounding Exclamation Exclamation )

Message Thank you for this opportunity to submit a testimonial.

By way of background, I have lifted weights for a number of years...I've enjoyed the activity and reaped many benefits. However, of late I've looked for safer methods that are more user-friendly.

I came across the Steel Bow and had several questions...which John Hughes personally answered quite honestly and openly. He even offered a full refund both on the spot and via email if I was not satisfied with the product.

Well, here it is a year later and I've slowly adapted my training to a number of Bow-based exercises. This, in turn, has reduced my training time and issues with some of my (minor) nagging weight training injuries.

I look forward to expanding my use of the product...it lives up to the advertising and is definitely a high quality product.

Great job!

Message I bought one of each (steek bow, Bow 28 and Bullworker) for me and a couple for gifts. Fantastic service and a great little workout. What I like about the new chart is that it says to COUNT TO 10. By counting you are breathing and reducing the negative effects of hypertension which can be caused by holding your breath while exercising isometric tension. Also the advice of using only 70% of your strength is another safeguard. Great job,

Message wow, what a surprise! I didn't know these were still being sold. I'm sitting here working out with mine, I bought it in 1969. I had polio and now have prostrate cancer so it's hard for me to workout. But with my Bull worker I can sit here while watching TV and exercise and at least keep my muscles in firm condition. I have always thought this was the greatest device yet for keeping in good shape.

Message I started using the steel bow May 07. I really like it. I like to participate in spint distance triathlons. I can fit the steel bow routine in with my other training and it also travels with me when I go out of town - so I never have to miss a work out.

Message I have been using the Bullworker since 1988 and now with the Steel-Bow I am able to continue my exercises on trips. The size of the Steel Bow, the quality of its construction and the video CD has enabled me to effectively continue my exercises and remain fit while on my trips both in the USA and overseas.
