The SteelBow is great versatile product. You can use it for upper body conditioning while you are riding a stationary bike or walking on the treadmill. The result is a better overall workout !

As both a fan and huge proponent of isokinetic-type exercises, I started using my first Bull-worker in the mid 70's as an adjunct to my other exercise equipment (weights, springs, and Lifeline Gym). I now own the latest Bull-worker (X5) as well as the Steel Bow and use both of them along with other exercise equipment. I find the Steel Bow particularly useful, as I can more easily travel with it. I recently returned from a trip to the Caribbean where I was able to use it and forsake the resort gym. I also like the fact that I can easily change the different Steel Bow (strength) springs to maximize my workout flexibility. I fully expect that the Steel Bow will last as long as I do. And, at 58 years old, I am stronger today than I was 20 years ago.

I have used a bullworker intermittently since I was 16, that’s since 1986. I also spent time in between exercising with weights and skipping ropes. In my experience, nothing makes my body and my muscles feel invigorated as much and as nicely as exercising with a bullworker. It’s the easiest and the best exercise equipment I have come across. I remember in of the old booklets that came with the bullworker it said ''strong enough to uproot trees''. A bullworker exercise does give that feeling. Its the only way to exercise I have come to love. Its challenging and a real man's workout. Thank you for the Steel-Bow.

Just received my steel bow - WOW!! What a machine. I can't wait to look at the DVD. I have used the Bullworker over the years and have always loved the way I feel afterward. The Steel Bow has the same "feel" but in a compact package that I can take anywhere - especially in my RV. Great idea guys! Dave

I have owned this bullworker I have since 1969 when I was in college in India. I have it since. I had it shipped to me from India to US when I move here in 1973. I still keep going back to it, because It really helps me. In the intervening years I have had gym membership and other progams. Since I went back to it again at age 56, I was wondering why did I do that. Why did I not use it all the time, as it always rejuvenates my muscles. Now I realize. At 19, sweat used to pour out like crazy when I used it. Now it has become weak and too easy. But still it is best way to recondition my muscles or supplement my situps/pushup/ and squat routine. So enjoy this is a true miracle product.

I first purchased the Bullworker in Sept 78 and was amazed at the strenght that I had. Due to Military Committments In the Navy, I misplaced it. I recently bought a "imitation" and that one lasted for roughly a one year. Out of despiration I decided that everthing else could be bought on the net I decided to find the bullworker-steel bow. THANKS

Now 55 years old and having had 9 shoulder surgeries I was wondering how to at least try to maintain muscle I have had over the years. I have had a full size Bullworker for 30 years and toyed with it. I decided to try the Steel Bow 28 after just pushing on the full size, with the full size I had immediate pain. With the 28, I at 5 feet 10 inches, was able to perform work without pain due to the greater closeness of my hands and apparently use the rotator cuff much less with the 28. I am able to perform all work with the Steel Bow 28 and have gained strength and tone in my chest and shoulders I would not have been able to do with the full size. Without the 28 I would have looked like a 55 year old man who had 9 shoulder surgeries. Now I have some of my lifelong "good" muscle mass and strength. For people with these type injuries and my height the Steel Bow 28 is perfect, I wish it had been around many years ago, maybe I would have had less shoulder problems if it had been. And, I exhibited it to my physical therapist and it was approved , so , we have something here.

I enjoy the Steel Bow. My brother suggested I try it to firm up my upper arms and chest area. As a woman, this equipment really works to firm up those "special" parts and tones the muscles without creating that "bulky","is she really a girl?" kind of look.
I'd recommend this product for anyone who is looking to firm up and tone muscles that don't get used too often, but are seen all the time.
A good price, good customer service and an item I'll use for the rest of my life.
