Message Simply the best piece of excercise equipment that can be had for a very good price. Top quality construction; compact; varying degrees of challenge by easily swapping out the springs, and yes ~ the results are real, this is no gimmick. Had the original BullWorker with the green handles many years ago ~ the Steel Bow incorporates all of the advantages of the older BW and more, plus it's smaller ~ a great advantage for travelers.

If you don't use the Steel Bow as part of your exercise routine or just alone as is ~ now's the time to do it, you won't regret this 'investment' one bit.

Enjoy your way to feeling and looking fit.

Message Both of the steel bows are great strength building products. I no longer need to lift dangerous weights to maintain/improve my strength and tone my body. I have used all kinds of exercise equipment and the steel bows are the best. The steel bows are just great!

Message I have been a professional fitness trainer for many years and I am thoroughly impressed with the Steel-Bow. It is fantastic for my elderly clients and has helped to restore their muscle strength and mobility of joints. The Bow is also a challenge for me and is wonderful for a full body workout while traveling. It takes up very little room and is lightweight. The abdominal contractions that you get with the Bow are unbelievable and it is one of the best abdominal workouts I have ever gotten from any training equipment. It is a great strength and coordination builder and I would recommend it to anyone who is serious about getting in better shape.

Message At 58 years of age I pulled out my original BW and was it a tough work
out.I finally broke down and bought the Steel-Bow. It arrived
yesterday and I have to say it was a good investment. For the chest
and shoulders I used the lightest spring and got a good pump. I want
to ease into it. The middle spring I'll use for the other exercises.
It took some getting use because of its size but I like the idea of my
arms being closer together for the chest exercises and the ease of
contraction for the shoulder exercises. There is more of a range of
movement with the lightest spring. And, I feel the burn today. Over
the next few days I'll go thru the whole routine. The type of intense
workout that can be had from the BW and the SB is similiar to Mike
Mentzer's high intensity workout without the weights. Therefore it's a
lot safer. Thanks for a great product.

Message I have the 20" Steel-Bow and LOVE it! Because of it's compact size, I can easily use it at work or in the car. I now leave work with more energy then when I started. I feel invigorated.

Being able to change to the lightest spring for Iso-Motion exercises adds a new dimension to my workout. I will definately be ordering the Steel-Bow28. The Steel-Bow is quality all the way.

Message I recently ordered the Steel Bow 20" and received it 4 days later. It is everything it's advertised to be and more

I am impressed with the quality and versatility of this little device. At 6'1" tall, I was concerned about the size. Not a problem. I can do everything with it that I do with my old brown handled Bullworker - and more.

The little Steel Bow is the best and most versatile exerise device I've ever run across. I don't hesitate to recommend it to others, which says a lot about it since I'm not one to make recommendations.

Message At 6'4" I was concerned the Steel Bow was too small for me, but as I am on location a lot, I needed something that could travel easily. Well, the Steel Bow is like having a complete gym in your hands and with the changing springs, any and every exercise is possible. This is the cadillac of exercise equipment, travel or not.

Message The 3 springs provide the ultimate results. I can use the Level 1 spring for Iso-Motion and stretching, Level 2 for my Isometics and the Level 3 for my power exercises... all in 20 inches of steel. If there ever was a TOTAL portable gym, the Steel-Bow is it. Surprised Very happy Exclamation
